These initial terms describe the intended conditions for using the TradeOutput website and its free tools. Please read them with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Risk Disclosure. By choosing to use the website, you are asked to use it consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. The Position Size Calculator is currently available free of charge. TradeOutput Performance Dashboard, TradeOutput Pro Journal and The $100,000 Trading Lesson are in development and are marked Coming Soon. Product previews describe a development direction rather than delivered functionality. Features, availability and final pricing may change before launch.
4. The free calculator
The calculator is a mathematical planning tool for whole-share positions. It compares quantities allowed by your selected risk and position limits and uses the lower quantity for its recommendation. That label describes compliance with the numbers you enter, not a recommendation to enter a trade. Inputs and assumptions must be checked by you. Results do not account for every real-world trading cost, execution condition or instrument-specific risk.
5. Education, not advice or brokerage
TradeOutput provides software and educational information. It is not a brokerage, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser or financial institution. It does not execute trades, hold trading funds or provide individualized investment recommendations. Nothing on this website should be treated as personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
6. No guarantee of trading results
Trading and investing can cause substantial losses. Planning, analytics and risk management do not guarantee profitability or protection from loss. Past results, hypothetical calculations and illustrative dashboard metrics do not predict future results. You are responsible for understanding the risks and for your own trading and investment decisions.
7. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate inputs, review outputs independently and understand the assumptions of the tools you use. Do not rely on a website calculation as the sole basis for a financial decision. Keep your own appropriate records and consult a qualified professional when you need advice specific to your circumstances.
8. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and without interfering with others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, overload the service, collect personal information without authority or misrepresent an association with TradeOutput. TradeOutput’s name, branding, original site content and software may be protected by intellectual property law. You may use the public website and free calculator for their intended purposes. This does not grant ownership of TradeOutput materials or permission to represent them as your own. Third-party code and materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. Any redistribution or commercial licensing arrangements need separate permission where required.
10. Future accounts and paid digital products
No customer account is created on this pre-launch website, and it does not collect payment information. Future accounts, paid software and digital products will require clear access, license, delivery, support, update and purchase terms before launch. Descriptions of future features do not create an entitlement to them or a promise of lifetime access.
11. Purchases and refunds
There is no live checkout on this website. The Refund Policy explains the current pre-launch state. Applicable prices, taxes, purchase conditions and refund or cancellation arrangements will be shown before a future purchase. This draft does not invent a refund window or remove rights that applicable law gives consumers.

AI Coach is planned, not active on this site. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Any future AI-assisted review will require independent judgment and should not be the sole basis for a trade. Product-specific data practices, limitations and terms must be disclosed before those features are enabled.
14. Availability and limitations
Software can contain errors, and access can be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or other reasons. The site and its educational content do not carry a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy or suitability for your personal circumstances.
